Where Clinical Insight Meets Compassionate Advocacy
Ashley Kolb brings over a decade of clinical experience as a registered nurse, with a background in hospital-based intensive care, progressive care, and home health. Her medical expertise is matched by years of personal caregiving for loved ones navigating complex diagnoses, long-term care, and life-altering transitions. These dual perspectives—professional and personal—form the foundation of her deeply empathetic and effective advocacy.
Ashley’s passion for advocacy was born not only in the halls of the hospital but in the intimate moments of family caregiving: managing medications, coordinating appointments, deciphering discharge plans, and standing by her loved ones through uncertain terrain. It’s through these experiences that she came to understand the full weight of what families carry—and the difference a knowledgeable, compassionate guide can make.
Today, Ashley serves individuals and families as both a Registered Nurse and Board-Certified Patient Advocate. She specializes in helping clients navigate the healthcare system, prepare for major medical decisions, and coordinate care across providers and settings. Whether you are adjusting to a new diagnosis, living with a chronic condition, transitioning between care environments, or advocating for a loved one, Ashley brings clarity, calm, and clinical insight to every step of the journey.
